This website is run by Data in Hand. You may use it to find out about our products and to contact us. The content is for general information; we try to keep it accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice.
Software
Our software is licensed, not sold. Business software (Site Survey and Asset Register, Project Delivery Hub) is supplied under a written licence agreement, which applies instead of these terms for that software. Apps bought through a marketplace are licensed for use by the purchaser, under the terms shown with the purchase.
Demos
The online demos are for trying the software. They contain made-up example data. Don't use them for real work: what you enter stays in your browser and may be lost when you clear it.
Technical guidance
Our apps help competent people do their work. They don't replace professional judgement, training, the relevant standards (such as BS 7671) or the law. Always isolate safely, check results, and follow the site's own rules and permits.

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we aren't liable for loss arising from use of this website or the demos.
