What's new

Every customer runs their own copy of our apps. When there's a new version, we send your IT team (or you, for the Single Surveyor edition) the new package. Installing it takes a few minutes, and your surveys stay exactly as they are.

Site Survey and Asset Register

Version 1.1 · 28 October 2026

  • Import more than one client asset list into a survey, and choose which tab of an Excel file to import.
  • Assets already in the survey are skipped when you import (same client reference, or same make and serial number).
  • Filter the asset list by client register: to verify, verified on site or not found. Verified assets show a green tag.
  • The survey front page links straight to the assets still to verify.
  • A version number in Settings, and a notice when a new version is available.

Project Delivery Hub

  • Optional AI assistant, using your organisation's own Azure OpenAI: draft minutes from a Teams transcript or your notes, draft the status report commentary, and ask questions about a project. Everything AI writes is marked AI draft until someone accepts it.
  • Version number and What's new in Settings › About this app, and a notice for licence admins when a new version is available.
